Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your items. We accept refunds, exchange or store credit. 

Please note that if you need to exchange for a different size or garment, then the garment must be unworn and show no damages. We can only accept the item(s) if they are returned to us in their original condition complete with packaging, swing tags and labelling. *All (exchanges) are subject to stock levels at the time of exchange.

Please be aware that all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Refunds, Store credit and Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receiving the goods. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service upon shipping your exchange as BLHACK LONDON LTD. Are not liable for the shipping of returns or any returns lost in transit. please also remember to send over proof of postage with your order number once sent.

Damages and issues:

Once we have received your Item(s) returned and completed a full garment inspection. If the item(s) are showing signs of damage which are not the result of manufacturing default the refund, exchange or store credit will not be accepted. If after inspection we do accept the refund, exchange or store credit it will take approximately 10 to 14 business days to process your return.

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS THAT DO NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE POLICY.
